At Solid Crystals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor; if your natural stone piece doesn't fit your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap your crystal or stone item in its original protective padding and box to ensure it remains intact during the shipping process.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
